There is this tree located at 20 Mile Bay in Tuftonboro, NH that I find a fascinating subject. I have driven by it dozens of times, but never able to shoot it. Well, yesterday morning was my time. The fog rolling off the (warmer) waters of Lake Winnipesaukee provided a beautifully soft transition from the trees near to the forests far. The use of my 10 stop filter to slow the shutter speed, coupled with black and white processing, added just a tinge more impact on the image.
An unexpected colorful sunrise treated us on the western edge of Lake Winnipesaukee on this morning.
